The Butler & The Chef Customer Service

  • Shipping & Delivery

    The Butler & the Chef arranges for shipping throughout the continental US and Hawaii.  We contract with Plycon Van Lines, FedEx, and other local shippers for California deliveries. The Butler & the Chef is always alailable to recommend and/or facilate shipping with insurance for all of our inventory.  Deliveries in San Francisco, and the greater Bay Area are usually free of charge or ocationally for a nominal fee.

  • Returns & Replacements

    All sales are final when transactions are settled.  Store policy provides for in-store credit only, no refunds.  Exchanges, replacements or upgrades of inventory purchased from 'The Butler & the Chef'  can be arranged on a one to one basis.

  • Ordering

    Purchasing of items can be initiated through this website. You can also view and purchase some items via 1stdibs.com, and eBay.  Direct purchasing is always available in our showroom.  Special orders may be accomadated on a one to one basis.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    The Butler & the Chef accepts, Visa, MasterCard & American Express credit cards. Payments can also be made by personal check, though we reserve the right to hold merchandise until checks have cleared. Prices can be negotiated depending on the item and on a one to one basis.

  • Viewing Orders

    You can view your orders in My Account on this website and also view what you have in your shopping cart or wishlist by clicking on My Cart or My Wishlist.
    Updating Account Information: by regestering and logging in on The Butler & the Chef's website, you can update your contact information for newsletters, as well as your account information.
